SHIPPING AND RETURNS

 
We ship within 1-3 business days of when you place your order. A small percentage of items require a longer ship-out time.
 
We ship via all major mail carriers, including DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT and EMS. Unfortunately, customers are unable to specify the carrier of their choice.
 
Upon delivery, you will be responsible for paying for all applicable duties and/or taxes for your order.
 
If packages are refused upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for all duties/taxes, return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping cost will not be refunded.
 
Any orders placed online with an international shipping address will be processed within 24 hours

                •    We accept PayPal, Bank Transfer,   , MoneyGram, with support for Visa, Mastercard in the coming                       months.
                •    All packages are shipped via EMS.
                •    Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

Shipping: Leaves our warehouse in 1-3 business days.
 
Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping method is EMS. You should receive your products within 5-10 business days from the day you order them.
 
Expedited Shipping: We offer Next Day, 2 Day, and 3 Day shipping for most items. Expedited shipping is not available for items being shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPO destinations.
 

Shipping Rate

We ship to worldwide and most orders are shipped FREE of charge with no minimum order sizes or special exceptions. Shipping charges applies to orders with required charges stated on each item's product page. And such orders will be shipped with a $30 USD shipping fee for the first 1 to 5 items and $10 for each additional item (items of FREE Shipping excluded), regardless of weight or dimensions.
 

Standard Return Policy

We only accept defective merchandise or wrong merchandise shipped ONLY, you may return it in its original condition within 15 days of delivery for a refund. This refund does not include the cost of shipping. Please include all the original packing, material, merchandise, and any included accessories in your package. (ie. locks, keys, straps, boxes..) Please note in the case of a return, entire shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. Upon receipt of your return we will inspect your item along with reading your descriptions.
